Treegram is a mobile application that allows you to create your own connection tree. You can create trees for family, friend groups, work teams, or communities, stay connected with your loved ones, and share memories.

Yes, Treegram is completely free. You can create trees, add people, and share.

Treegram supports iOS and Android operating systems. You can use it on iPhones and Android phones. Download for free from the App Store and Google Play.

Account

After downloading the app, tap the "Sign Up" button. Enter your email address, set a username and password. Your account will be activated after email verification. Alternatively, you can quickly sign up with your Google account.

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will be sent to you. The link is valid for 24 hours.

To delete your account, visit our Account Deletion page or start the process from Settings > Delete Account within the app. This action is irreversible.

Currently, the username change feature is not available. Please carefully choose your username when creating your account.

Creating Trees

Tap "Create New Tree" in the app. Give your tree a name and start adding people. You can create trees for different purposes like family, friend groups, or work teams.

You can create as many trees as you want. One for family, one for friends, another for work.

Tap on a person card in the tree and use the "Connect" option. Search for the Treegram user you want to invite and select them. When the invited person accepts the notification, they join the tree.

Yes, you can add deceased people to the tree. When adding a person, you can specify birth and death dates and add photos to their memories.

Privacy & Security

Yes, your data is securely stored with Firebase infrastructure. All data transmission is encrypted with SSL/TLS. For details, you can review our Privacy Policy.

Your tree is private and only people you add or invite can see it.

Technical Support

First, check your internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, clear the app cache or reinstall the app.

Check that notifications are enabled for Treegram in your phone settings. Also review your notification preferences within the app. If you're still having issues, reinstall the app.
